Rogers & Haynes Architects were responsible for the project management of a three-storey, stand-alone teaching block, containing English and Maths classrooms along with a learning resource/library area and other ancillary accommodation.
The project was designed to take into account traffic and pupil movements around the campus in combination with the aesthetic issues raised by Dartmoor National Parks Planning Authority and the massing issues created by the site's prominence and proximity to small scale domestic properties. The building was completed in October 2004.
