RAHA's project at Roseland Drive, Exeter, includes the decontamination of the former Tuckers Lorry Service Depot and the construction of a new development of 9 town houses forming a courtyard arrangement. The site is in a conservation area and is a good example of how to develop a brown field site. The site is enclosed on all 4 sides by existing residential properties and the construction works have been considered in order to minimise the impact on local residents whilst on site.
