Mast House, Government Office for South West, Plymouth. Rogers & Haynes Architects were retained by GOSW (Government Office for South West) to act as Project Manager for a two storey extension to this existing office development and to provide interior design services for the sub-division of the new office accommodation. The main project works were carried out under a design & build contract with Rogers & Haynes Architects acting as employer’s agent to oversee and monitor the construction works. The interior design commission involved consideration of the spatial layout, the integration of open plan areas with individual offices, lighting and internal colours and finishes.
